Client should have full access to the DVR and login information for Internet Service Provider Account and Router.
Fees are pre-paid. If RTS feels a need to make an on site visit, clients receive a 50% discount for on-site support fees where RTS will not be more than 1 hour depending on clients Internet & Equipment speed.
